Job Description
- Drives all aspects of IT Projectactivityincluding collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to definesequenceand estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.
- Provides regular status reports to the data migration leadership teamincluding Customer business stakeholders as and when needed.
- Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary
- Ensures consistency and adherence to NTT and customer standardsprocessesand policies for all projects.
- Works in collaboration with NTT DATA Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the project is adequately staffed to support the migration plan.
- Manages the identificationresolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
- Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of informationdocumentationand issue resolution to all appropriate team members.
Key Skills
- 10+ Years of overall SAP experience (SAP ECCS/4 HANAData Migration) with at least 5+ years of project manager experience
- Have delivered at least 1-2 SAP Data Migration projects in SAP S4 HANA
- Proven experience of managing large end-to-end projects of SAP implementation and data migration projectsManaging large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects.
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Proven track record of working with diversecross-functional teams that are located both within the local region and in offshore locations.
- Extensive experience in Management of Global change projects for large scale organizations
- Extensive experience in Data Migrationspecifically for S4/HANA
- Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and toolsi.e.BODSSynitiInformation StewardLTMCLSMW etc.
- Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus
- Experience with S/4HANA
- Experience with AGILE methodology
- AGILE SAFe methodology preferred
- Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira
- Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2PMP or equivalent.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within ITGlobal BusinessesFinance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
- Familiar with SAP SolMan
