Program Management

RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver on a variety of end-to-end projects that are medium to high complexity, including plan, design, create, and communicate.

Work with Product and Sr.

Managers to develop, prioritize and maintain a backlog and LRP for Time Tracking and Capacity Planning tools.

Provide data, analysis, and commentary on Biz Tech trends spanning multiple areas Work closely with Finance & Sourcing partners to develop and present on various monthly reporting needs Develop and maintain various CIO Office Team dashboards utilizing Einstein Analytics and Tableau Solicit feedback from the immediate team and wider IT organization and iterate to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness Assist in conducting program retrospectives at the end of projects and critical milestones.

Assist Portfolio managers with work intake processes as needed.


REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related fields, with exposure to Agile methodologies.

Experience in contributing to successful projects with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and dependencies Flawless execution of activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process Experience with data analysis and reporting; proven ability to analyze, present, and action on raw data Ability to identify and automate manual processes to drive efficiencies Strong teamwork skills; an ability to offer suggestions and persuade on improvements to processes Ability to mentor and ramp up new junior team members.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to decision-making processes and take action within a team environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
