Sap PPQM Consultant

Role & responsibilities

3 TO 8 years of strong experience in SAP PP/PP-PI, QM and PM modules

Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of software development life cycle in relation to ERP implementation.

Must have Independent involvement in at least 4 full cycle implementation in the area of PP/PP-PI, QM and PM

Candidate must have direct client facing experience in requirement gathering, solution building, and presentation/solution demo in workshops.

Must have done Gap analysis, Function specifications, Unit and Integration testing and project relevant documentations.

Candidate must aware of SAP standard practices for PP, QM and PM along with industry solutions.

Must have implemented at least 1 S/4HANA implementation

S/4 HANAMigration experience is added advantage. 

Production Planning: •

Candidate must have very good experience on PP relevant Master data, SOP & LTP Production Planning, worked on different planning strategies, MRP, capacity planning, scheduling and levelling.

Should have experience of Implementation of Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing with MQC, PI sheets / X steps and Repetitive manufacturing,

Should worked on ECM, Batch Management, Serial number management, handling units, Rework process, Co-products and By-products process, Sub-contracting process.

Hands on PP configuration experience.

Integration knowledge with CO on product costing, integration with MM, SD, FI, PM etc.

Quality Management: •

Candidate must have very good experience in QM Master data, Info Record, In-coming, In-process, Final inspection, Calibration inspection, Quality scores and Vendor evaluation, Vendor development and Audit management, Quality notifications, SPC, DMR, Stability study, sample management, Recurring inspection, Customer return process, Quality cost, Product development process, ECM and digital signatures.

Hands on QM configuration experience.

Integration knowledge with CO, MM, SD, FI, PM etc.

Plant Maintenance: Candidate must have very good experience in PM Master Data, Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Refurbishment process, calibration process, Maintenance notifications processing and Assets management integration with FI.

Should have worked on Warranties, Permits, Budget planning for Maintenance, Work clearance management.

Integration knowledge with FICO & MM.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely

Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management

Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

Need to be a team player

Bachelor or Master degree
