Sap PPQM Consultant

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced PP/QM consultant with deep expertise to guide our client in the automotive, spare parts space, through the production planning and quality management aspects of an S/4HANA discovery. The consultant will analyse the current PP/QM processes, identify gaps and design the future landscape to align with the clients strategic objectives. The consultant will also be involved and provide inputs for the definition of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and roadmap, as well as provide insights into the possible deployment option and transition approach. The consultant will engage with senior stakeholders and independently lead the engagement in his area of expertise. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Conduct detailed analysis of the clients existing PP/QM processes
•    Define future-state capabilities aligned with the clients business objectives
•    Work on the design of the TOM and roadmap specific to production planning and quality management. 
•    Integrate PP/QM processes with other functional areas like finance, logistics and sales. 
•    Provide advise on SAP deployment options and transition strategies, considering the complexities of all the countries in scope. 
•    Lead client workshops
•    Present findings, recommendations and solutions to senior client stakeholders

Qualifications
•    Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP/QM
•    Proven experience in leading discovery and design phases for implementation or upgrade projects
•    In depth knowledge of production planning, scheduling, materials management and quality control processes
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and drive client engagements
•    Excellent communication and presentation abilities
•    Industry experience in supply chain, manufacturing or automotive sectors is highly desirable.
