We are currently seeking a RPA Business Sys. Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Requirements:

Must be a Graduate. BTech/BE or any other technical degree preferred.
Good Knowledge on service desk processes and knowledge on Windows, Unix, Network
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Excellent client handling skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Job description:

Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Drive automation resolution percentage by introducing new use cases and enhancing existing workflows.
Perform quality assurance.
Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Define reporting and alerting requirements.
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
Help design, document and maintain system processes.
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
