We are currently seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM - Functional Sr. Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

3-5 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules

Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization

Must have Skill -- Global HR module of Oracle Cloud HCM
Primary Skill -- Functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning)
Ability to apply Oracle Cloud HCM fundamentals to tasks
Ability to apply Oracle Cloud HCM to at least one industry
