Job Description
- Design and develop workflows, applications, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Should have experience in Service Portal and Integration.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design solutions
- Develop and test scripts, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
- Good experience with ServiceNow design and development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Experience with ServiceNow tools such as Workflow, Workflow Editor, and Scripted REST APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
