Job Description
- Develop and maintain call flows using NICE CXone.
- Proficiency in JAVA and SQL databases.
- Utilize Cyara automated testing tools for test-driven development.
- Design conversational AI solutions with Nuance Mix.
- Expertise in Visio for flowcharting and process visualization.
- Monitor and troubleshoot using Splunk.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology.
- Work on new projects, maintenance, small enhancements, and diagnosing operational defects within sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to resolve production support issues effectively.
Skills Required:
- NICE CXone IVR application development.
- Conversational AI/Voicebots using Google Dialogflow CX or Omilia.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience with Cisco CVP, Java, REST Web Services, UCCE, and ICM.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in CCaaS voice flow development with a strong understanding of IVR call flow design and implementation.
Experience Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in CCaaS migration and building conversational AI solutions.
