Job Description
- Lead the onboarding process and deliver solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and customers to understand requirements, designs, and infrastructure builds, and automate deployments.
- Draft architecture design diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform operations as per custom requirements.
- Integrate Syntax solutions with OCI, including IAM, privileged access management, logging, and vulnerability management.
- Track and address incoming client needs through the ticketing system for support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Act as Level II escalation for Priority 1 issues, RCA, and corrective actions.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for onboarding and managing customer workloads in OCI.
- Complete OCI trainings, earn certifications, and contribute blog posts.
Technical Qualifications :
- 6+ years of experience in OCI with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud migration and design. OCI certification preferred.
- Experience in at least two domains: technical architecture, network management, application development, database management, or operations.
- Expert knowledge of OCI services, including DNS, Zones, Email Delivery, DBCS, ATP, ExaCS.
- Proficient in managing SaaS-based database offerings.
- Experience in deploying multi-tier applications on OCI IaaS and PaaS services.
- Knowledge of OCI networking, including FastConnect, VPN, and Peering.
- Experience with cloud security controls, encryption, key management, and IAM policies.
- Experience with Terraform, Python, and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, OKE) is a plus.
- Provide on-call support during off-business hours and weekends.
