Job Overview: The Soft Skills trainer is responsible for teaching students essential life skills, communication techniques, and personal development strategies that will enhance their emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and overall personal growth. The trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on developing core soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution, to help students succeed academically, socially, and in their future careers.
