Non IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across departments.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews to assess candidates fit for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT sectors.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the non-technical job market and trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
