Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
  
• Develop curriculum materials, assessments, and evaluations as needed.
  
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop social science programs and improve teaching methods.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in History, Geography, SST or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  
• 0-5 years of experience as a teacher or instructor in social sciences subjects (history, geography).
  
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy principles and best practices for teaching social studies at the secondary level.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
