Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities-

-Manage daily admin operations, invoicing and all other commercial, tax and legal issues.

-sales & coordination of e commerce & offline orders

-customer communications via email and phone in English and Hindi

-Interface with key institutional customers in person, over phone and/or email, as needed.

-product listing and supervision for e commerce

-order despatch, coordination incl. logistics and shipping

-email communication in business English

- Handle all issues relating to, any government department including those for GST, Income Tax, FSSAI, ESI, PF, Labor and Company Law.

-microsoft excel and google sheets

-Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth.

• Plan and execute business development strategies via various platforms and direct selling.
