Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development management.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Marketing).
- Strong understanding of metallurgical industries such as alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous materials etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving domestic sales & marketing goals.
