Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of Life Asia or Group Asia systems and a strong background in business analysis. Candidate should have over 3 years of experience in business analysis and expertise in life insurance product implementation and can join within 15 days. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of life insurance products. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business needs and technical capabilities. Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress to ensure timely delivery. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and business requirements. Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units to optimize system utilization. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis. In-depth knowledge of Life Asia or Group Asia systems. Proven expertise in life insurance product implementation. Strong understanding of life insurance industry practices and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
