A Telesales Executive, or in some cases a Telemarketer, is a member of the sales team who will contact clients, potential customers, or previous customers by telephone . Their aim will be to sell, or up sell, products and services.
Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive.
Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma.
Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
Fluency in English.
Adept knowledge of working with MS Office.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
