Telesales Executive

Atleast 1-2 Years Prior Experiance as a Telesales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Andheri. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls from customers, and providing product information and customer support. They will also manage and update customer databases, collaborate with sales teams to identify business opportunities, and network to increase sales revenue.

Qualification

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach and ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Experience in telesales, outbound/inbound calling, or customer service

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
