Position Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Location: New Delhi Badarpur

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR Caller with over two years of expertise in and

Capable of capturing denials. Expertise in the medical billing domain and Appeal to Insurances for

pending claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, and a

proven track record of managing claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AR Follow-up: Responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on

unpaid claims.

2. Claims Analysis: Analyze and review insurance claims to identify reasons for denial,

underpayment, or delays.

3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of follow-up actions and correspondence with

insurance companies.

4. Resubmission: Prepare and submit corrected claims or appeals for denied or underpaid claims.

5. Coordination: Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure

accurate billing.

6. Reporting: Generate and analyze AR reports to track the status of outstanding claims and

identify trends.

7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external

stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AR calling with a focus on Capable of capturing

denials. Expertise in the medical billing domain and Appeal to Insurances for pending claims.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
