Job Description :

Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM Developer with .Net Development Experience

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, Develop, and Troubleshoot :

- Design and develop robust Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring effective and efficient solutions within Dynamics 365.

Implement Dynamics 365 Online Solutions :

- Develop solutions with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Web Development :

- Build JavaScript and HTML web resources using Angular, jQuery, and other frameworks to enhance Dynamics CRM applications.

Custom Development :

- Design and develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), PCF controls, Power Automate flows, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to meet business requirements.

Version Control and Source Management :

- Utilize Visual Studio and tools such as Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft DevOps for version management and collaboration.

CRM Security Management :

- Configure security groups, roles, and teams to ensure strong system security and access control within Dynamics CRM.

CRM Integration :

- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints to provide data connectivity and business logic.

Collaborate with Teams :

- Work closely with internal and external teams to articulate and define CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.

Dynamics 365 Expertise : Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions with strong understanding of core CRM modules.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in development frameworks (e.g., Angular, jQuery) and tools such as Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics CRM integration tools.

CRM Customization: Ability to design and develop plugins, custom workflows, and other CRM enhancements.

Certifications: D365 certifications are preferred.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to solve complex problems, aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Source Control Knowledge: Experience with source control management and development best practices.

Preferred Skills :

Integration Experience : Familiarity with integrating Dynamics CRM using REST/ODATA and SOAP APIs.

Scalable Solutions : Experience in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions within the Dynamics CRM ecosystem.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in relevant field
