Post: Program Associate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of social work and related.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work/ Social Sciences or MSW

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring successful implementation of the project and its activities at project sites. Ensures satisfactory relationships with the communities and the partner institution.
• Maintains close coordination with the Program Manager and other project staff as needed to accomplish program goals and objectives.
• Support the team in preparing field operational plans and strategies, along with the team members.
• Ensure periodic progress reporting based on agreed indicators.
• Provide support in organizing meetings, workshops, events along with the team members
• Providing logistic support for visit of donors, volunteers and other visitors to the project sites.
• Collection of available documents and creating, updating and generating appropriate documentation-database, case studies, field reports, budget plans, and accounts records and registers.
• Providing Support for coordination, verification and scrutiny of individual applications received for financial aid
• Undertake regular monitoring visits to project locations across India
• Undertake any other reasonable duties / activities and work teams as assigned.
