Job Description:

• Responsible for project conceptualization to complete the life cycle of projects in line with the organization's vision and mission aligned to the thrust areas.
• Align employee volunteers with executing CSR programs.
• Conduct project site visits, interact with the partners and communities to measure the impact and identify gaps/issues to be addressed.
• Documentation of best practices. Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports on CSR projects activities and periodic presentation to senior management for review.
• Responsible for presentations to senior management for project approval, implementation plan, resource mobilization, execution & field work, monitoring progress, day to day management of CSR processes and programs, data analysis of the accomplished as well as on-going projects, preparing reports.
• Leading team of two for executing CSR projects.
• Conducted surveys in the local villages/communities and identified their needs in education, health, sanitation and employment skills-with TISS.
• Liasoning with Government Department & NGOs for implementing schemes & projects, also with community leaders like Sarpanchs, Panchayat Members, Local Bodies & Community people.
• Handlin independent skill development projects for community youths & women for mainstreaming them in society.
• Working for the community through Education, Health, Skill Building, Special Need Base Projects, 3P Projects (Public Private Partnership) as per the corporate guidelines for reaching under privileged sections of the society.
• Handling CSR campaigning by varied unique initiatives.
• Raising public awareness of a company's social responsibility commitments through marketing
• Conducting research into best practice.
• Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy.
• Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups.
• Ensuring that a company's policies meet legal and commercial needs.
• Organizing events for employees and their teams.
• Reporting on social responsibility activity to seniors.
• Evaluating the project proposals received from NGO s and inquiring about the project by being on the ground.
• Coordinate with NGO s / Other organizations in executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
• Preparing and presenting CSR budgets and conducting committee meetings periodically for project proposal approvals and providing updates on ongoing projects.
• Monitoring spends to deliver required results in line with planned objectives and connect with finance for timely funds release to NGO s for timely completion of projects.
• Collection of required documents in support of project execution and utilization. Getting an auditor certificate in the line CSR Act. And ensuring all the necessary CSR compliance aspects.
• Staying abreast of relevant CSR Act amendments and making suitable amendments to companies CSR policies and get acquainted with relevant projects in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
• Working with HODs and HR teams to promote internal engagement.
• Researching potential to collaborate as well as raise funds.
• Writing funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to create promotional activities.
• Developing fundraising events.
• Work with NGO Partners to successfully embed employee engagement in their projects though a structured action plan, such that the quality of CSR program gets further enriched.
• Support the marketing team in designing internal and external communications such as mailers, newsletters, press notes, blurbs, stories for events and programs etc.
• Support Teams in on ground project implementation, events wherever required.
• Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.
• Develop corporate fundraising programs.
• Monitor progress of fundraising drives.
• Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions.
• Secure commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors.
• Prepare materials of charitable events such as success stories, gift bags, etc.
• Create or update donor databases.
• Establish fundraising goals for events or specific time periods.
• Send updates to donors regularly.
