We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Administration team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in using Google Sheets (or Excel), with a focus on data management, system optimization, and advanced data analysis. This role will require you to collaborate with different departments to streamline data operations, optimize workflows, and provide backup support for various MIS-related tasks.

• Leverage advanced Google Sheets features such as conditional formatting, data validation, and complex formulas to enhance data processes and analysis efficiency.
• Work closely with various departments to identify their data needs, offering creative solutions and recommending improvements for smoother operations.
• Take ownership of organizing, managing, and summarizing data flows, ensuring effective visualization to aid decision-making across the organization.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to stay updated on the latest Google Sheets features and best practices.
• Assist in generating periodic MIS reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and backup of the existing systems and provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Desired Attributes:

1. Proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting (conditional formatting, data validation, complex formulas, etc.).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.

3. Comfortable with providing system and backup support as required.

4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Basic knowledge of scripting or coding would be an added advantage, though not mandatory.

6. A confident, humble, and sincere attitude towards work, with the ability to engage with senior management.

7. Strong problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset.

8. Ability to understand and implement system optimizations to improve overall efficiency.

9. Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.

• Compensation: As per industry standards & pedigree of the candidate
