Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Credit Solutions Specialist / Fintech Solutions Specialist to join our team
  • This role will be based out of Pune and will cover the new geography of Maharashtra & Karnataka
  • The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a strong background in credit solutions, fintech, NBFC sales, Supply Chain financing etc You will be responsible for working with prospective and existing customers/Vendors to suggest and implement working capital solutions from various NBFCs, fintech platforms, and banking partners
  • This role involves significant travel (10-15 days a month) to customer sites to sell and implement these solutions
  • Our current clients & warehouse in Maharashtra are in Kolhapur belt and the B2B Credit Solution Specialist/ Fintech Solution Specialist will be needed to spend 3-4 days a week there
  • NowPurchase shall take care of stay & travel
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for credit solutions and fintech products.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  3. Work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their working capital needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  4. Collaborate with various NBFCs, fintech platforms, and banking partners to offer tailored solutions to customers around supply chain financing
  5. Travel to customer sites (10-15 days a month) to sell and implement working capital solutions.
  6. Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure customers are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and techniques.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
What would your day job involve
  1. Client Acquisition & Management: Work on new client acquisitions and background work on potential client development and onboarding.
  2. Client Interaction: Connect with existing clients for new purchasing requisitions and manage payments and fund flows.
  3. Product Development: Work on product or category development of the product basket at existing customer end.
  4. Collaboration: Work with the procurement department to ensure a better bottom line of business for repeat cycle orders.
  5. Order Execution: Collaborate across departments to ensure smoother order execution.
Requirements:
  1. Any educational background, but knowledge of finance is a must.
  2. Proven experience of 2+ years in credit solutions, fintech, or NBFC sales. Industry experience along with this will be a clear bonus.
  3. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
