Position: P2P Manager

Location - Gota, Ahmedabad

Number of Positions: 1

Work Timings- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Academic Qualification: BSc / B Pharm /Science graduate/ MBA marketing

Work Experience:

• 5-10 years in pharmaceutical industry in profile of in & Out licensing, CRAMS, CMO & P2P business.
• Well versed with global pharmaceutical business operations and business processes to achieve targets for business deals and portfolio expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Alliance management and leadership to ensure partnership delivers value.
• Experience in contract/agreement negotiations for Dossier acquisition, In-Licensing and Contract Manufacturing.
• Works closely with In-licensing and internal teams to ensure on time execution of all allocated projects.
• Negotiate contract with the partners and prepares formal contract amendments to supports commercial team in deal negotiation and implementation.
• Monitors and analyses business performance with pre-defined KPIs and collaborates with team to identify process optimizations and ensures timely follow up and completion of actions.
• To participate in all the relevant commercial and techno-commercial activities of the key accounts assigned to self.
• Managing MIS and Dashboards for time-to-time Portfolio update to the management. Preparation and updating of Client wise Portfolio Trackers, Monthly update to management on Portfolio and discussion with Cross functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills regarding business operations related challenges along with effective decision making and implementation of solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities; work extended hours when required, make sound decisions under pressure, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Highly effective communication skills and the confidence and cultural sensitivity to work effectively across a global enterprise
• Strong basic computer & presentation skills.
