The P2P Manager is responsible for overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, managing teams, ensuring seamless transitions, and optimizing operations using SAP systems. This role involves leading change initiatives, driving process standardization, and developing team capabilities to support organizational goals. The manager will ensure efficient workflows, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction while fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Description
  • Procure-to-Pay Process Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end P2P cycle, invoice processing, exceptions, and payments.
    • Monitor and improve P2P KPIs to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant processes.
    • Implement best practices and continuous process improvement strategies.
  • Transition Management:
    • Lead the transition of P2P processes during organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, or ERP upgrades.
    • Develop and execute detailed transition plans, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data migration, system testing, and process mapping.
  • SAP Expertise:
    • Provide expertise in SAP system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
    • Train team members on SAP tools and functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • People Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of P2P professionals to achieve performance objectives.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting continuous learning and innovation.
    • Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of P2P services.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with procurement, finance, and IT teams to align P2P processes with business objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for invoice processing, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes.
    • Communicate transition and process updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure P2P processes adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Experience:
  • 12 to 14 years of experience in P2P management, including transitions and people management.
  • Proven expertise in SAP P2P modules and system optimization.
  • Strong track record of managing large teams and leading organizational transitions.
  • Managed European countries (CZ / FR / Germany, Austria and Slovenia etc)
