Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business by analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, create detailed documentation of requirements (BRD, FRD), and develop use cases or user stories to align the proposed system with business goals.

• Process Modeling and Improvement: Map out current processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future processes ("To-Be") to improve processes, identify gaps in current processes and systems for improvement, and create workflow models by using diagrams and flowcharts for better stakeholder and team understanding.

• Collaboration with Development Teams: Serve as a communication bridge, clarify requirements, and facilitate Agile processes to ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

• Solution Design and Validation: Convert business requirements into functional specifications, and, if needed, create prototypes or wireframes for stakeholder feedback. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets business needs and resolve any issues before deployment.

• Change Management and Training: Prepare stakeholders for changes by identifying impacts and planning mitigation strategies. Provide user training through sessions and materials, and create supporting documentation like user guides and FAQs to ensure a smooth transition to new systems.

• Continuous Improvement and Support: Monitor system performance post-implementation, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Use data analysis to measure success against business objectives and suggest further enhancements.

Qualifications we seek in you

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as Business Analyst.
• Understanding of systems development, programming basics, databases, and software lifecycle processes.
• Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Experience in diagnosing issues and proposing innovative solutions to complex business problems.
