Executive - Recruiter

0- 2 years of Tech and Non-Tech hiring experience preferably in B2C Technology startups & B2B Enterprises
Own the complete lifecycle for the assigned Tech requirements which includes working closely with all stakeholders, attracting top talent & salary negotiations

Ensure a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions

Update TA dashboards for all key metrics and share with relevant stakeholders

Build strong partnerships with the HR team and other recruiters in the TA team

Optimize hiring costs & build a talent heat map for critical hiring requirements
