Position Overview:

- 12-15 years of end-to-end Delivery management experience covering all phases of SDLC in areas of Digital, ERP, CRM and Enterprise application development, system integration. Having some experience working in FS vertical will be an added advantage.

- Must have grown from the role of Developer -> Team/Module Lead -> Project/Program Manager -> Delivery Manager in an IT services company. We require people who has the relevant experience in dealing with BFSI Customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Client management - along with ability to articulate and make crisp & clear presentations.

- Delivery management in BFSI sector

- Stakeholder (Director, VP, CxO level) & Communication Management

- Technology Roadmap alignment/implementations

- Writing SOWs, Proposals, Contracts & Client Management

- People & Organization Change Management

- Process discipline and customer excellence.

- Solution Design and Technology Architecture

- Proficiency in program management tools

Key Qualifications & Skill Sets:

- Experience covering Program Delivery, Project Management, Solution Architecture and Engineering, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Customer Operations, and Production Support.

- Execution of complex projects in areas of SAAS, Legacy, Core Banking Products and Custom development

- Champion in one area of technology SAAS( AWS, Azure etc), Data Management & Analytics and experience in delivery of complex projects is GTM (Digital, SAP, Testing, Integration).

Report delivery status to customers

- Set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals as per MSA, SOWs etc.

- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.

- Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Good understanding of Cloud native and related technologies

- Implementation of KPIs, Continuous Process measurement and Improvement initiatives for Application Production Support functions.

- Experience in doing Delivery management for BFSI customers. Experience in implementing the CBS platform will be an added advantage

Technology Familiarity:

- Technology standards like SOAP, REST, JMS, MQTT, JSON, XML etc across application architectures such as Client Server, Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), Micro-services, Serverless architecture.

Front end technologies such as Angular, React;, backend technologies skills Java; Mobile technologies such as Android, Flutter etc

- RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL etc ) NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Hadoop).

- Understanding of Middleware tech, Batch processing, Real Time etc

- Cloud: SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services across multiple cloud services providers like AWS, Azure, GCP. Data Management & Analytics
