Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in digital channels and a strong background in traditional marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email campaigns.
• Analyse marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and improve ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute traditional marketing strategies, including events, offline campaigns, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and grow the companys online presence, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in traditional marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of website development, UX, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
