Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Market Leadership :
Develop and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for the Oncology Division.
Identify high-potential market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Drive P&L ownership, ensuring revenue, profit, and market share growth.
Sales, Market Development & Expansion:
Build and lead a high-performance sales team specializing in oncology.
Drive product penetration, sales growth, and market adoption.
Establish strong partnerships with oncologists, hospitals, and decision-makers.
Clinical & Product Expertise:
Stay ahead in oncology advancements, emerging therapies, and market trends.
Provide clinical insights & technical training to sales teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and clinical best practices.
Leadership & Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-tier oncology sales and clinical support team.
Foster a culture of innovation, performance, and excellence.
Implement advanced training programs to elevate sales and clinical expertise.
Key Qualifications:
15+ years of leadership experience in Oncology (Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare).
Proven track record in sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Strong network with Various Specialty involved oncologists, KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Expertise in oncology treatments, surgical procedures, and industry regulations.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and business acumen
