Business Analyst

• Business Analyst in this team will be responsible for Trial Cost & Budget Support, supporting the Power BI strategy within CPR, involved in dashboard development, data extraction and connection and providing adhoc data analytical support
• As part of the job role Business analyst is expected to demonstrate independence, innovative mindset, and proactiveness
• The Business Analyst will contribute to the ClinCost system administration and quality controls, collect and process Investigator Contracts for MediData Industry Benchmark, provide payment reporting (US)
• The Business Analyst is recognized as part of the PowerBI strategy within CPR, working with the PowerBI team to define best practices for frontend design principles, design of PowerBI data models & programming, data source integration, documentation & peer-review, and knowledge sharing across the PowerBI team and will act as a sparring partner for other PowerBI developers in the team
• Support the ClinCost system administration and quality controls, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCP.
• Collect and process Investigator Contracts for MediData Industry Benchmark, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide site payment reporting (US) as needed
• Contribute to the PowerBI strategy within CPR, defining best practices for frontend design principles, data source integration, and documentation & peer-review.
• Develop dashboards in CPR utilizing the data lake and Power BI in alignment with the request and business rule, ensuring best practice design is used.
• Provide adhoc data analytical support to regions, collaborating with other analysts in TBS and CDD BA team to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT/pharmacy/science or other relevant areas in technology required as a minimum with strong technical accumen. Additional degree/certifications related to business/data analysis and Project management will be added advantage.

• >5 years professional experience within Business analysis and data building, with documented drive on delivering excellent results and development of responsibilities

• Knowledge within Power suite with special focus on PowerBI/Apps and data/tabular models, Strong SAP BW/BO/BI, Excel and Power point skills.

• Strong understanding or willingness to build strong understanding of clinical development disciplines and the pharmaceutical business model

• Proven abilities to reach ambitious goals (top performer) involving close collaboration with other professional disciplines

• Cross cultural understanding and experience working with global teams or diverse professional groups

• Extremely good communication skills and project management capabilities
