Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manages the accounting activities for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
• To develop a strong Finance, Accounts & Administration team to support and grow business
• Organizing all company data and coordinating with External audits & due diligence.
• Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
• Invoicing clients and reconciliation
• Generating report and verify invoicing.
• Documentation maintenances
• Taking care of Administration works and housekeeping work maintenances
• Assets Managements and vendor managements
• Stock and material maintenances

Preferred candidate profile

• A Post Qualified Graduation / CA / CFA / ICWA / CMA / MBA-Finance professional in an industry or corporate
• Min 4 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in using Tally
• Proficiency of speaking in English & Tamil
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Take ownership and responsibility, able to work independently and multi-task
