Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer (Cattle Feed)

Purpose:

The sales officer will engage in face 2 face and remote selling of our cattle feed to our customers , selling directly or indirectly through various appointed sales channel , we seek a detail oriented sales professional who will help , assess customers need and suggest appropriate product , service and solutions for mutual growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Help develop and deliver sales proposal, presentation and participate in conducting product demonstration
• Responsible for developing distribution network by appointing Dealer/sub dealers in his assigned geographies
• Help identify and contact prospective customers and Dealers for developing sales channel
• Cover and develop big to medium dairy farmers (having less than 10 animals) for our cattle feed usage
• Building mix brand promotion of our cattle feeds in defined area
• Keep updating competitors information to head office/technical team
• Build customer relationship that help to generate future business and repeat business.
• Apply broad theoretical knowledge to sale directly to customers
• Handle complex administrative , technical and customer support issues under minimal supervision while escalating the most critical issues to Appropriate staff.
• Accountable for achieving his assigned revenue budget and collection of all sales invoices in advance
• Other duties as defined by reporting supervisor/manager

Desired qualification:

• Preferably Agriculture/Science graduate OR commerce /Arts graduate (Min. qualification)
• Min. 1-5 Years experience of cattle feed sales Or Fresher
