Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Khargapur, Katwa, and Burdwan, West Bengal. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth of DORB Feed products within their assigned territories. Past experience in cattle feed, poultry feed or fish feed sales is highly relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, customer visits, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including farmers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Provide technical and product information to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the animal feed industry (cattle feed or fish feed).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Bengali or Hindi.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred but not compulsory.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
