Senior Associate - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns and assist with audits when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in cash flow forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and valuation to support strategic initiatives.
• Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Provide guidance on investment decisions and capital allocation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books and QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• US Shift - 6pm to 3am
