Job Description :

Role : Oracle BI Apps Developer

Required Technical Skill Set : Oracle BI Apps 11.1.110.2, 11.1.1.10. (Setup, Configuration and Customization for various sources like Fusion, EBS R12), OBIEE, ODI, BICC, BIACM

Desired Experience : Range- 8-9 Years

Location of Requirement : Offshore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must Have :

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- BICC configuration for seeded PVO(s), modified PVO(s)

- BIACM configuration for SCM, Finance, Procurement, HCM

- Oracle BI Apps experienced in implementing OBIA SCM analytics.

- Should have done customizations and extension of the OOTB (Out of The Box) model.

- Good knowledge of BI architectures and latest trends

- Excellent knowledge with hands on experience of OBIEE/ODI 11g/12c is must.

- Should have hands on knowledge in PL SQL based and other ETL process design and implementation.

- Ability to interface with key stakeholders and apply his/her technical proficiency across different stages of the Software

- Development Life Cycle including Requirements specification, Application Architecture definition and Design

- Excellent communication skills

Good-to-Have :

- Oracle Certified technical consultant.

- Custom DW implementation project experience with Oracle BI technologies

- Implementation experience for Public sector organization

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1. Work closely with client business SMEs to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective technical design documentation using best practice development standards.

2. Participate in business workshops and drive BI requirement gathering sessions

3. Document the customization requirements of OBIA from the business requirements. Produce high level design and integration architecture of custom integrations. Also document custom reporting requirements

4. Work with the development team and client to resolve all technical issues related to OBIA/ODI/OBIEE including environmental, access, performance and other issues.

5. Assist business SMEs during UAT and clarify any queries as required

6. Participate in status meetings. Predict and highlight risks and dependencies in a timely manner for the implementation project

7. Act as a liaison between the development team and the client project manager
