Key Responsibilities:- 1. Develop and execute innovative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 2. Plan, create, and manage social media content (static posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. 3. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. 4. Stay updated with social media trends and implement them creatively in campaigns. 5. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement. 6. Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement to strengthen brand loyalty. Skills and Qualification Requirements :- 1. 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the F&B or D2C space. 2. Strong content ideation, planning, and execution skills. 3. Hands-on experience with social media tools, trends, and analytics. 4. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
