Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineers, including freshers and those with 2-3 years of experience, to oversee and manage the execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are carried out efficiently, adhering to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications at the site.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to execute tasks effectively.
• Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports for the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical support to the construction team.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets design requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and interior fit-outs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience (2-3 years) in the interior design or construction industry.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
