Site Engineer

We are looking for Site Engineer/Site Supervisor for our frim in Besant Nagar,Chennai

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee the day-to-day execution of construction activities.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
Site Management:
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.
Manage materials and equipment on site, ensuring proper storage and usage.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and building codes.
Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor resource utilization and optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Communication & Coordination:
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the local community.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that may arise on site.
Proactively address potential issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
