Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsmen, including freshers and candidates with 2-3 years of experience, to join our team in the interior industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise 2D drawings that align with project requirements, ensuring all drawings meet company and industry standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and collaboration with Architects, Clients, and PMC to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings for interior projects using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with Architects, Project teams, and Design teams to develop Construction Drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain a well-organized library of drawings and templates for easy reference.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure the accuracy of drawings during project execution.
• Assist in creating technical documentation and presentation materials as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD techniques, tools, and interior design trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and other design software like SketchUp or Revit.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in drafting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience (2-3 years) in the interior design industry for experienced candidates.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and working drawings.
• Familiarity with interior design standards.
