Executive Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job ads on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
