With registered offices in the US, Canada, and India, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in India (Chandigarh and Ludhiana offices). The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

POSITION TITLE: IT Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Server and Network Management, application hosting which includes

a) Remote Desk Servers, Remote Desk Gateways

2. Optimization of server resources

a) Bandwidth Management

b) Off/On premises services management

3. Management of VPN, SD-WAN and switches

a) Expertise in infrastructure resource management

4. Must have good hands-on experience in Multifactor Authentication (MFA), including push-notification and TOTP functioning

5. Credential monitoring

6. Design and implementation of Security perimeter

a) Firewall (install and manages firewalls at user end)

b) To prevent, detect and mitigate cyber threats

7. End point monitoring of servers

8. Health monitoring of equipment

a) Patch and Driver Management

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant and recent work experience with a proven track record

2. Strong analytical abilities and experience working with end-users

3. Understanding of accessibility tools and remote end operations

4. Experience with excellent technical skills

5. Skills pertaining to Remote Device Diagnosis, on-site through dispatch using specialized monitoring and management tools.

PREFFERED SKILLS

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent

2. Trouble shooting skills
