Role & responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Research and analyse legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.
- Provide timely and accurate legal support and advice to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive records and databases of legal matters and team performance.
- Regularly review and analyze legal data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise and handle company cases, customer complaints, DSA (Direct Selling Agent) issues, and PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) cases.
- Work towards resolving legal matters efficiently, utilizing legal expertise and negotiation skills.
- Oversee and manage the legal teams and setting clear targets of allocated write off, Loss pool and 180+ critical cases and objectives for the teams.
- Evaluate the performance of the legal teams against set targets and objectives.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with company operations.
Manage the risk portfolio effectively, prioritizing high bucket cases and potential threats
