Knowledge & Experience

Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Typically, 3-5 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with developing customer documentation
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of DITA, CMS and XML based authoring.
• Knowledge of documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Oxygen, CMS, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Experience with cross-site collaboration for content development.
• Graphics creation and editing.
