Cornerstone OnDemand Expert

Nokia Business Services (NBS) is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand Expertwho will bethe primary point of contact for our employees and external customers supporting Nokias Cornerstone OnDemand tool (Nokia Learning and Development Hub) administration and optimization needs.

These include, but are not limited to, system configurations, new release management, consulting on best practices, data feed and user account management and troubleshooting, and reporting.

• At least 8 years of experience working as an system administrator of Cornerstone OnDemand Learning in a large, global organization, in an LMS, application, help desk or training support role
• Implementation and HR suite experience is a plus
• Strong experience with customer support or client management, with effective project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, writing and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and channels
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in training or customer/client support role
• Lean, agile and design thinking experience is a must, with proven ability to apply customer-centric, data-driven and iterative approaches to problem-solving and solution development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Troubleshoot system admin issues and tasks, and data feed issues
• Set-up user and administrator accounts and maintain appropriate access
• Add or edit entities in the system
• Test and troubleshoot web-based training (need a basic understanding of SCORM and AICC standards)
• Set-up and work with dynamic groups, learning assignments, large scale course deployments, and curricula
• Review functionality in new cloud releases and assist IT with new feature enablement and rollout
• Create new or update existing tasks, competencies / competency models / competency assessments, development plans, observation checklists
• Generate standard reports and create ad-hoc and recurring system reports
• Manage and develop learning programs forNokias Learning and Development Hub
• Content management including online course loading, ILT onsite class enrolment input, curriculum development and other training management
• Work with the Nokia business groups to determine the best solutions for delivering training programs and managing mandatory training tasks
• Provide recommendations on ways to optimize the platform
• Analyze configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
• Work with the key users to standardize, streamline and coordinate business and system processes. Understand, document, and clearly communicate these business processes to both client stakeholders and internal teams
• Serve as liaison between client and technical resources as required; escalate issues through the proper channels and work with escalation point person to achieve issue resolution
• Train other key users and administrators on Cornerstone OnDemand Learning functionality and system processes
• Create tool job aids and training guides to assist end-users and administrators
