Senior Technical Specialist

Skills required:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Science background
• Good L2/L3 knowledge with hands on experience with SNMP/Netconf protocols
• Good knowledge of Unix, understanding of Java and J2EE concepts
• Knowledge of OSGi, Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required
• Ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle & testing
• Should be ready to take challenging tasks and deliver per commitment on tight schedules

Experience: 8 to 15 years

• Experience in test design, test bed preparation/setup, test execution and reporting
• Experience in different kinds of software testing (functional, regression and/or non-functional testing)
• Experience in testing Cloud based solutions, CI/CD and Dev-ops environment
• Good working knowledge of IDE's, automation frameworks, defect tracking tools, and version control systems
• Experience in fixed broadband (DSL/PON) products is preferable

Design, develop manual/automated test cases for features of network management and network controller for access networkUnderstand feature impacts, identify test cases and prepare plan to execute themUnderstand end to end solution involving integration of multiple products and test themUnderstand real-world customer deployments and incorporate feedback into test cases.Work closely with all of R&D and Product Management to jointly deliver high quality products and solutions
