SAP Technical Architect - ILM

The Supply Chain domaincontains solutions and applications for Demand supply planning, Hardware and Software deliveries, manufacturing, and Sourcing & Procurement.

SAP Technical Architect - ILM collaborates with business stakeholders to understand information lifecycle management requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP ILM.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equiv. with 8+ years of experience.
• Should have strong experience in SAP Data Archiving &Information Lifecycle Management tools, GDPR, Data Retention Tool (DaRT), Document Archiving and Printlist Archiving.
• Experienced in SAP Legacy decommissioning using Dart, SAP ILM software & Open Text.
• Strong Configure Retention policies, Migration, Audit policies based on legal requirements across countries with ILM system.
• Must have experience in Configure ILM technical configuration, Retention warehouse, extraction methods etc.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong ABAP and troubleshooting Knowledge with SD/MM and FI functional experience.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings and own end to end responsibilities for deliverables.
• Design and implement SAP ILM solutions including data archiving, retention management, and data destruction strategies.
• Configure SAP ILM modules to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain data retention policies and schedules in compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide technical expertise and support for SAP ILM implementation projects, including troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to educate end-users on SAP ILM functionality and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP ILM features and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis, Security, and Compliance to ensure seamless integration of SAP ILM with other systems and processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations related to SAP ILM components.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting third-party tools and technologies that complement SAP ILM functionality.
