15 years of experience in Telecommunications Networks domain

9 years of experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban and Continuous Delivery

5 years of experience in directly leading teams building Telecommunication Software products

Flexible and pragmatic about methods and processes, so as to be able to use own judgment to apply the appropriate model and approach that fits best with the context

Strong leadership skills and proven mentorship experience

Ability to provide a big picture vision to engineer and inspire them to achieve challenging targets

Manage a team of highly capable developers and testers

Own talent hiring, allocation and optimum utilization across the organization

Establishing goals & objectives for team and manages the team to ensure that goals are met

Lead & motivate technical teams, mentor, grow and enable each member to reach their full potential.

Working in a fast-paced environment where you need to discover as you move forward and still maintain control and manage the committed goals

Identify areas of risk and proactively address before such becomes unmanageable
