Roles & Responsibilities - Your will be's:
- You will be owning end to end offline sales for both General trade and Modern trade channel by setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales)
- Prepare and maintain annual sales & distribution plans to deliver budgeted revenue, Profit and Brand equity targets for the year based on category and channel
- Lead the general trade sales teams in translating strategy into sales business plans and go-to-market strategy within budgeted costs.
- Set up and maintained effective trade marketing plans aimed at accomplishing organizational Promotional Activities, Samplings, Consumer Offers, Sales schemes etc.
- Ensuring Stakeholder management who are invested onto the brand in form of Distribution Partners, Franchisees
- Manage channel spends tactically and strategically to drive profitable sales
The Ideal "Noisemaker":
- Minimum 15-20 years experience in General trade, preferable from Consumer electronics, FMCD or FMCG background
- Strong exposure in driving sales from all channels (Modern Trade & General trade)
- Strong commercial & numerical acumen
- Operational excellence combined with the ability to look at the larger picture
- Strategic planning, business plan delivery and full PL management
- Inspirational people leader with distinct ability to create an exciting common Vision for his/her Team and drive superior performance
- Entrepreneurial character with strong organisational and communication skills
