Sales Support Executive

(A) Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Tender Support Executive to support our sales team and manage tender-related activities. The ideal candidate will handle sales documentation, customer follow-ups, and assist in tender submissions while maintaining internal processes and reports. This role will ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal departments.

(B) Key Responsibilities:

1. Create documents like Sales Orders, Quotations, etc.
2. Maintain internal documents like Incentive sheets, AR sheets, etc.
3. Followup from customers for overdue payments.
4. Coordinate with Sales team, provide and gather relevant data.
5. Keep track of distributors documents like KYC, agreement, onboarding, etc.
6. Coordinate between factory, finance, customers for dispatch, credit note, etc.
7. Punching of Sales Order & Maintaining MIS Reports
8. Manage sales collateral availability like brochures, pamphlets, etc. for Sales teams.
9. Organize Sales meetings & maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting) for management
10. Customer support related to commercials, invoicing, etc.

(C) Tender Related tasks:

1. Keep track of tender progress and updating internal trackers and sheets
2. Search for new tenders on various portals like GeM, CPPP, eProcure, etc. and prepare summary for stakeholders.
3. Prepare Tender documents.

(D) Requisite Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Strong experience in sales coordination and customer support.
3. Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel
4. Strong communication skills for effective coordination across teams and customers.
5. Working Knowledge of GEM portal and other platforms is a plus
6. Familiar with Tendering Process is a plus
7. Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools for Sales Order management is a plus.
